Own end-to-end design by finding people and business problems, evaluating technical feasibility, quickly validating proposals, and defining performance metrics and targets.
Overview of my role in the design process:
User Problem
I partnered with the Product Manager and analytics team to discuss opportunities we found looking into our users' quantitative and qualitative data.
We run a workshop with entry-level job seekers to understand key insights into the users' gaps.
This lead to our hypothesis:
By offering guidance and personalizing our experience we can better demonstrate the value we offer and encourage subscription for users with no experience.
Rapid Prototyping
I did an assessment screen by screen to find gaps in the experience
North Star
I partnered with our Content team to look further than our current constraints. We looked into what we called the North Star project.
I looked into reducing users' overload and anxiety feelings.
Through more solid content labeling and better understanding of user's behaviors and needs, we progressed into the final release
I designed this new flow having into consideration surfacing content more easily, and making the experience easier.
